My truck was less than a year old when I struck a deer. My insurance provider was trying to steer me towards one of the national paint & body repair chains that are less than reputable. I insisted on Royal Coach and was not disappointed.

Excellent communication, timely responses to my questions, they handled all the paperwork, and service that went above and beyond my (considerable) expectations. The cleanliness, polish, and attention to detail on the repairs demonstrate a clear pride in their craft.

What i love about Royal Coach is that its always a friendly phone conversation. I will call to set a future appointment to bring my car in. They will call me several days in advance and tell me (repeat back to me) what I'm bringing the car in for. Usually they also tell me what they can do to bring the price down. I came here after I stripped a screw off my license plate cover. I called ahead of time and they were able to squeeze me in right away. They got my service taken care of completely and professionally, within like 15 minutes. I spent probably over an hour working on the screw myself before coming here, but I'm extremely glad i did because it was way easier. It was professional, efficient, and extremely well priced. I got license plate bolt rusted and broken and was desperate to get it removed. Not sure why they make those bolts from such a sturdy material but it was impossible to drill it out or get removed the other way, using wise grips, etc. I read good reviews about Royal Coach before so decided to go there. What I can tell… the guys are true professionals - it took around 5 min for them to solve my problem. The customer service is impeccable - everything is quick and effective!
