Dear John,

I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with the reconstruction of my 2008 Malibu. When you brought it out to me on Saturday, it looked like a brand new car.

I have used your company on two of my other vehicles for minor accidents and have always been pleased. But on this car, you have outdone yourself. When it costs $18,000 to repair a car, you worry, but in driving it the last few days, everything works perfectly. I was also impressed with the detailing you did on the interior of my car.

You can be assured that I will always recommend you to anyone who ever needs body work on their car.

Thanks for keeping me updated on the progress of my repairs and also for being patient with me and my phone calls.

On November 18, 1999 | brought my 1998 Toyota Camry to you due to a hit and run accident that occurred on the drivers-side rear quarter panel. As I explained to you at that time, I am a very meticulous person who expects perfection. You at that time assured me that my car would be "as good as new” once you completed the repairs. I dropped my car off on December 20th for you to complete the work. When I received a call from Laura on December 22nd stating my car was ready (a few days earlier then originally anticipated), I thought that there were going to be problems.

The only problem that I have is that I cannot tell enough people about the phenomenal work that you did to repair my car. I cannot express how extremely satisfied I am with the workmanship that you and your shop did to my car. My car is beautiful to say the least. Not only was the panel fixed, but the extra steps (the
paper floor mats used to not dirty my carpet mats; the bottle of touch-up paint left in the car) that you and your staff displayed is outstanding.

Needless to say, you have a customer for life. Thank you for such an outstanding job. Also, l would be remiss if I did not also thank John and Laura. John was very patient and took the time to let me look over my car when we picked it up. He assured me that if I have ANY problems, to let him know, and he would work on rectify the issues. Craig you were very knowledgeable; Laura was extremely pleasant on the phone; and John was very knowledgeable and reassuring with the end result.

Please also thank the technicians for an excellent job. It was a pleasure working with you and your staff from day one.
